Why I Chose the Always Eat After 7PM Lifestyle Challenge

So, to be honest, this wasn’t much of a lifestyle change. I’ve always loved eating another meal or snack after dinner simply because it helps me sleep better. However, once I started learning more about health and weight loss I followed the unspoken rule of restricting consumption around certain times. That almost everything my college education and certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research.
