Lazy Mom Easter Cookie Treats

I love baking.

Correction – I loved baking.

Now, I hate waiting for the treats to finish baking. I’m very much in the ‘I want it, I need it’ mode.

These Lazy Mom Easter Cookie Treats are so delicious – and all of the ingredients are store bought ready to make. The Lazy Mom Cookie Treats look like a delicious little bird nest. They taste soft and crunchy all in one bite! To make 24 cookie treats, it took me about 20 minutes total (including cooling time).

Shopping List:

  • Oven Ready Cookie Dough
  • Mini Eggs
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Vanilla
  • Butter
  • Rice Krispie Cereal

You Will Need:

  • Non-Stick Pot
  • Cupcake Tray
  • Cupcake Paper Cups

Step One:

Fill cupcake tray with cupcake paper cups. Place one scoop (or one oven ready cookie) in each cup. Bake for the directed time.

Step Two:

Melt 3 TBSP. of butter in the pot. Gradually add the mini marshmallows to the pot. Stir constantly as they melt. Once completely melted add the Rice Krispie Cereal to the marshmallows.

Step Three:

Remove baked cookies from the oven. Add one scoop of the Rice Krispie Mix to each cookie cup.

Step Four:

Add Mini Eggs to the center of each cookie cup.

Voila!

Now all you have to do is TRY to not eat them all before Easter.
